1. Acknowledgment of Risks

This document serves as a full and complete acknowledgment of the risks associated with automated trading, futures, and commodities. By signing this document, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to its terms. The Client acknowledges that they have voluntarily sought and chosen to use the automated trading bots provided by ALGOFORGE, LLC (the "Company").

● Trading in futures and commodities involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The client should consider their financial condition and tolerance for risk before engaging in any trading activity.

● The use of automated trading systems does not guarantee profits or prevent losses. All trading, whether manual or automated, carries a high level of risk.

● Market conditions, technical failures, and unexpected events can cause the automated trading bots to execute trades that result in significant financial losses.

● The Client is solely responsible for all trading decisions, whether executed manually or through the use of the Company's automated trading bots. The Company does not provide financial advice, and the bots are merely tools.

● The Client acknowledges that past performance of the trading bots is not indicative of future results. No representation is being made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed.

2. Release of Liability

The Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless ALGOFORGE, LLC, its officers, members, agents, and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the Client's use of the Company's trading bots.

This release applies to any and all financial losses, including but not limited to, losses from trading, system failures, market volatility, or any other cause related to the use of the Company's products.

3. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claims, suits, or demands, including legal fees and costs, made by a third party due to or arising out of the Client's use of the Company's services or products.

4. No Guarantee of Performance

The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the performance, profitability, or suitability of its automated trading bots. The Client acknowledges that the use of these bots is at their own risk.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Client certifies that they are of legal age to enter into this agreement, have read and fully understand all the terms of this document, and have had the opportunity to consult with an independent financial advisor and/or legal counsel before signing. The Client signs this document voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence.
